Run daily shifts on real accounts
You'll work scheduled shifts on accounts managed by Prestige, starting with a shadowing period beside experienced chatters. Every creator has a voice guide, boundary notes, and a tested playbook, so you always know who you're speaking as — and exactly where the lines are.
Turn conversations into sales
Once you're flying solo, the heart of the job is honest sales conversation: introducing PPV offers, handling custom requests, and encouraging renewals. You'll learn to read what a fan actually wants, match it truthfully, and ask for the sale with confidence instead of pressure.
Hand over cleanly, improve weekly
Every shift ends with a short handoff report, so the next chatter picks up seamlessly where you left off. Weekly coaching with your team lead turns those reports into concrete feedback — what worked, what to test next, and where you're improving fastest.

Run a paid trial week
Pass the test and you'll spend a paid trial week on live accounts with a mentor reviewing your sessions. You'll shadow, take real shifts, and see exactly how the team operates before either side commits.
Onboard fully
Sign your contractor agreement and NDA, receive your account assignments, and join the shift-bidding grid. From there you're on the roster — with coaching, scripts, and support from day one.
