1. The agreement

These terms cover two things: using this website, and the framework under which Prestige OFM provides services. If we start working together, the specifics — scope, fees, timelines — are set in a written service agreement you sign. That agreement always wins over this page where the two differ.

2. Who we are

Prestige OFM is an OnlyFans management agency based in Miami, FL, providing account management, 24/7 chatting, traffic and promotion, and a legal & accounting desk for adult-content creators. Contact: [email protected].

3. Eligibility

Our services and this website are for adults only: you must be 18 or older (21+ where local law requires). You confirm that you own or are authorized to operate any account you ask us to manage, that all people appearing in your content are verified adults who have consented to its publication, and that you comply with the terms of the platforms you operate on (OnlyFans, Fansly, and others). We reserve the right to decline or end work with anyone who cannot evidence this.

4. No income guarantee

We do not promise any specific earnings. Performance depends on many factors outside anyone's control — your content, pricing, market, and platform policy changes among them. Where we make a growth commitment (for example, our 60-day growth promise), it means exactly this and nothing more: if the KPIs agreed with you in writing are not met in the first 60 days, we continue working at no additional cost for a further period defined in the same written agreement. That is the entire promise, and it will always be in writing before you commit.

5. Confidentiality

Everything you tell us about your business — identity, earnings, content, plans — stays confidential. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive; just ask. Similarly, you agree to keep our methods, playbooks and team details confidential.

6. What you can expect from us

• Human-run work: trained chatters and specialists, never bots.
• Clear reporting: you see what was done and what it produced.
• No lock-in: engagements are rolling monthly as defined in your agreement.
• Platform-compliant methods only — we protect your account like it is ours.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts and tools we need.
• Keep your platform accounts in good standing and follow platform terms and applicable law.
• Review and approve the voice, boundaries and pricing guidelines we operate under.
• Pay invoices as agreed in your service agreement.

8. Intellectual property

Your content remains yours. You grant us a limited, revocable license to use your accounts, brand materials and content strictly to provide the services. Everything we create for this website — text, design, code — belongs to Prestige OFM and may not be copied without permission.

9. Fees, billing and termination

Fees, payment schedules and notice periods are defined in your signed agreement. Because engagements are rolling monthly with no lock-in, either party can end the relationship as set out there. We may suspend or terminate services immediately for breach of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that puts your account or our team at risk.

10. Disclaimers

Nothing on this website is legal, tax or financial advice — our legal & accounting desk coordinates with licensed professionals on your behalf. Third-party platforms (OnlyFans, Fansly, social networks) can change their policies, features or availability at any time; we adapt, but they are outside anyone's control. Website content is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prestige OFM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost revenue or lost content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If something goes wrong, talk to us first — almost everything can be solved with a conversation.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The current version always lives on this page with its date. For active clients, material changes are communicated in writing before they take effect.
